1. Basic concepts

The large inclination corrugated sidewall belt is composed of three parts: a base belt, a sidewall, and a diaphragm. The ribs play the role of preventing the material from slipping and falling. In order to easily bypass the drum, the ribs are designed to be corrugated; the transversal partitions are used to support the material. In order to achieve large inclination transportation, the T-type TC type is adopted. The ribs and the diaphragm are connected to the base belt by a secondary vulcanization method, which has a high connection strength.
